Finally had a chance to try out Scarecrow-- the rig's amazing. Wish I had more time to polish this-
An update- Layout and modeling for the opening sequences are well underway thanks to Todd Glover and iAnimate's jack of all trades, Larry Vasquez. Lighting and surfacing is now underway on these two environments courtesy Barrett Davis and his associates from Texas A & M. I've heard the first notes of our score which we are sculpting into a "signature melody"-- a haunting identity for the piece, and all dialog has been recorded including CV Canoe, who plays Scarecrow quite brilliantly imho! Enjoy!

Very cool Ben.....his personality is ringing through.
ReplyDeleteBetween this and the test that Jason did, this guys personality is already selling really well. Can't wait to see tests with the other characters.
ReplyDeleteThis is awesome Ben! Good to see you get a hold of him and do justice to his character. The audio track adds to the creepiness of the film and it will be cool to hear the score! Keep the updates coming :)
ReplyDeleteThanks guys- so fun to play with this. Really excited to see what people come up with. A little more bug testing and we'll unleash him!
ReplyDeleteBTW I wish this was our music- It's Bernard Herrmann's score for Psycho, 1960- But it's definitely providing some inspiration!
Beautiful work Ben, can't wait to see this project develop. Everything about it is way too appealing to me.
ReplyDeleteThat is super great Ben!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much guys- Very excited about the potential here!
ReplyDeleteLove it mate!
